iOS app - can't add new server

Have changed the Url on our Security Spy server. When I 'add new server' in the iOS app, I can fill in all the details but the 'Continue' button does not work.

I can connect OK using a web browser.

Any ideas? iOS 14.

    Hi James,

    The Continue button will only work if you have entered a valid domain name (e.g. example.viewcam.me) so please check this. If you still can't get it to work, please email us and include a screenshot of the "New Server" screen as set up just before you click the Continue button.

    Thanks Ben, I was adding the 'https://' at the start. Changed to just the hostname and Continue button now works.

    It's still not connecting through the WAF, but will start another discussion for that.
