I think about purchasing this fine piece of Software for my Vstarcam:

Is there a chance to run this camera with SecuritySpy?

Hello! Although we haven't come across this particular model before, it looks like a clone of a Foscam camera. So the first thing to try is all the Foscam profiles already built into SecuritySpy, there's a good chance that one will work. Although we cannot guarantee it so if you haven't purchased this camera yet, I would recommend sticking to ones already on our list of compatible cameras.
