The latest version of SecuritySpy 3.x is actually 3.4.10, which you can obtain from here: Download Previous Versions of SecuritySpy. SecuritySpy version 3.4.10 is over two years old now, and its latest officially-supported macOS system is 10.11.
There have been no specific reported issues with it on macOS 10.12 or 10.13, so there is a good chance that it will also work fine on 10.14, however this is not guaranteed, and has not been tested.
You might want to consider upgrading to SecuritySpy version 4. -
