IR switch creates motion alert

I am trying out the securityspy app, liking it so far. I don't think this is a SS issue as I have the same problem on my current system but...does anybody have a fix to the motion alert when cameras are switching from IR mode?

    You could try increasing the "trigger time" setting in SecuritySpy under Preferences -> Cameras -> Setup. This will make it more resistant to false-positives caused by this kind of transient change, while still remaining sensitive to real motion, which typically lasts a lot longer.
