Software update
I've installed the newest update as the ddns stopped working on the previous version downloaded december last year, but I cannot access any of the video streams from the camera now, even if I try and set it up as a new camera. Before it was set up as OMVIF - RTSP TCP, and you could choose the stream. Now I see the same in the setting, but which ever stream I select I see nothing and get an error 4001.
If I reinstall the old software 4.0.10 it works fine, but no ddns

Sorry about this, it's not something we've seen before so I'm not immediately sure what could be going wrong. Could you please let me know the make/model of your cameras?
Please could you try these intermediate releases, and let me know which ones work and which ones don't. Once we narrow down this problem to one particular release it will be much easier to find the problem:
