Vivotek ePTZ
Ben, I have a vivotek fd7131 working normally on securitySpy 3.4.3 The device type is Vivotek Multi-Stream ePTZ (FD81xx, FD83xx). When upgraded to version 4.0.10 there is no setting that works, the one closest should be Vivotek ePTZ, but it keeps showing communication error. I've tried all the vivotek setting to no avail. Any insights?

Hi Álvaro,
Have you entered any numbers in the Port boxes (either HTTP or RTSP)? Or have you changed any of the camera's default ports (these should be 80 for HTTP and 554 for RTSP)?
The other thing to try is each of the options in the "Format" menu - click the Apply Preferences button each time and see if you get the feed coming in.
Any luck? This camera certainly should work, so hopefully it's just a case of finding the right settings. -
