AmSecu Cameras

It seems that many AmSecu cameras are ONVIF-compliant, so I hope this is the case for the particular ones that you have. If so, setup should be as simple as connecting them to your network, and after a few minutes they should be auto-discovered by SecuritySpy and available to add via the plus (+) menu under Settings > Cameras.

For others who may have the same cameras... Cameras are CA-IP-B36R (they are ONVIF)
After some effort, I was able to login into one of them by..
1. Must use a Windows PC
2. Download the “Device Search” tool. I believe from your AmSec website,
3. The Device tool found the camera
4. Clicked on the camera and ..... while using Edge.. enable the “Reload in Internet Explorer mode”
5. Edge then prompted me to download and install the SurveillancePlugin version 1.1.0.59
6. After this was installed, and while in “Reload in Internet Explorer mode” in Edge, I was able to login to the camera and make setup changes (e.g. Password change)
The camera works fine in security spy
I also reached out to AmSecu, they confirmed this is the approach to take. And they do not have a MAC/Safari plugin, so MAC is no good.

What a convoluted setup process! There's no excuse nowadays to create camera web interfaces that don't work on macOS, or that use obscure plugins, so this is just bad design and/or complete disregard of Mac users. Still, I'm glad you were able to get the cameras working, this is useful information.
