Amcrest Two Way Audio Not Working

I have several new Amcrest IP cameras that are two way audio capable. I can hear audio via the iOS App and seemingly I can send Audio but it never is output on the camera side. I have tried both the ONVIF and Amcrest’s profile. Neither seem to work. I’ve tried the web interface and the SS MacOS App , in addition to the iOS App; but no audio comes out on the camera side. The Amcrest setting have the speaker at full volume.


Models I’ve tested with include, but are not limited to:


IP4M-1041B

IP2M-841W-V3

Am I missing something?

    This should work with the Amcrest profile, and I'm not immediately sure why this isn't working for you. I've just emailed you and will work with you directly to resolve this issue.

    Im having the same issue with my amcrest cameras. Did this get resolved and if so what was the fix?

    I too am having this problem. Same models with using the Amcrest profile. The interesting side note is that I can't get the amcrest cameras to work on their own within a browser window either.
