License Transfer
Is there a method where we can transfer the SS license when a home is sold and the new owner wants to keep everything as it is?

Sorry but SecuritySpy licenses are not transferrable to others. This is a standard feature of the vast majority of software license agreements, including SecuritySpy's. You are free to unregister the system and take the license with you to use elsewhere, but if the new owners of the home wish to continue to use the software, they will need to purchase their own license and register SecuritySpy in their name.

I’m a little surprised at this, the home automation software in place lets us transfer that license to the new owners for $30 USD. Since the new homeowners might be getting all the hardware and cameras that I just give them the account credentials and that amounts to a transfer if they want the security camera system. I was exploring what options they would have. I was not expecting the no option option for transfer.

If you leave the system running as it currently is, and don't use your license elsewhere, it will of course continue to run indefinitely. But officially you will still be the license-holder, so the new homeowners may run into problems in the future if they ever need technical support from us - if we can't verify they own the license they are using, we may not provide support.
Charging a fee for a license transfer sounds like a reasonable compromise - this isn't something we have ever made available, but perhaps we can add this as an option in the future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we'll consider it.
