Ezviz LC3

Hi, I am trying to get the Ezviz LC3 to work in SecuritySpy. Using the Hikvision profile seems right, but I get this error message:

Unsupported video format

Any suggestions?

BTW, I have no problem opening the RTSP stream in VLC.

  Are you using the latest v5 version of SecuritySpy, or perhaps some older version that doesn't support H.265 (e.g. SecuritySpy v4)?
