Can I make just one camera available to a particular user during business hours?

One of the cameras in my system is at the property'd front gate.

It would be useful if i could make just that one camera available to view on an employee's iPhone app.

Restricting that access to particular hours/days would be useful, also.

Is there a way to do something like this?

    Yes, you can do this. Under Preferences > Web in SecuritySpy, add a user account that will be used by this employee only. Set the permission level to "Custom" and set whatever access you want to provide to this one camera (e.g. view only or perhaps view and download), using the "Custom permissions" checkboxes below. Just above the "Permission level" control you will find a "Timed daily access" option, where you can specify the daily time period when this account will be functional.

    One of our guys spent some time on your website, then wrote the gate cam's web address link with his username & password embedded in it, on an NFC card so he can just wave his phone at the card and see the gate cam in about 1 second.

    He uses AirPods to answer his phone when someone calls from the gate, he looks at his phone to verify who it is, then lets them in using the iSmartGate app.

    A very smooth system.
