iOS app two-way audio with Dahua N53AB52

I have added a two-way audio Dahua N53AB52 to SecuritySpy on the Mac and it shows both mic and speaker under Camera Info. However when I access this camera via the iOS app, I do not get the option to Send audio under the gear menu as seen in the manual and mentioned in some other post. Any help would be much appreciated.

    This could be a permissions issue on the particular web server account you are using in the iOS app. In macOS SecuritySpy, go to Preferences > Web, edit the web account in question, and make sure it has permission to send audio.
