TP-Link c200 setup

hi


I have set up this camera in the past but ages ago and completely forgotten how!


Anyone know the correct settings?

    Hi James, I know that other users have got this working with SecuritySpy, however I don't know exactly what "Profile" setting is suitable for this camera. I think the best thing to do would be to make sure you have entered the correct Address/Username/Password (under Preferences - Cameras - Device), and then click the "Auto-Detect Profile" button and see if SecuritySpy can auto-detect this for you. It might be one of the existing TP-Link profiles, or the ONVIF profile, or something else. Please report back and let us know what the result is.

    address - begins with uuid...

    on/vif - leave empty

    RTSP - leave empty

    username - my email as found in the Tapo app in advanced settings/camera account

    password - as above

    profile- ONVIF

    format - RTSP

    vd size and frame rate - left blank

    input or steam no - 1 for me

    all options - blank.


    above worked for me.

    Hi James, great to hear this worked, thanks for reporting back! Seems like a standard ONVIF setup, even though the camera's product page doesn't specifically state ONVIF support, which is interesting.
