Hikvision PTZ control

Set up iMac, 4 Hikvision cameras, one with PTZ control. Running via NSN 608 NVR. All looks great but PTZ camera not responding to any PTZ control.
Idea?

    Could you please clarify your setup - do you have the cameras connected directly into the NVR, and then SecuritySpy is obtaining the video stream from the NVR? Or do you have everything including the cameras, NVR and the Mac connected to a central Ethernet switch?

    Also, what is the model number of the camera that has PTZ?
