Amcrest cameras and two-way audio

Has anyone had luck using two-way audio on Amcrest camera with SS? I just cannot get it to work. It does work with Amcrest software but I'm trying to only use SS. I just cannot get that "mic" icon to show up at all next to the "speaker" icon.

Also, is two-way audio not a feature on the SS iOS app?

    Nevermind, I just figured it out. I've been using ONVIF profile. As soon as I switched to Amcrest, both desktop and iOS app had the option to use mic (send audio).
