Problems with integrating a HikVision camera.
Hi I bought a new Hikvision DS-2CD2442FWD-IW IP. It was auto-detected by SecuritySpy but there is no video showing.
With Hikvisions own software it is working properly.
In the "Setup" and "Triggers" windows it says "Unrecognised Request”
What mistake did I make?

Sorry, this was my fault. I used the wrong camera profile. Now everything is working fine.
