OK it looks like Amazon has updated their CLI tools and deprecated support for the old version that SecuritySpy is trying to install and use. So we'll have to update our CLI install for the new version. I'll make sure to get this done for the next SecuritySpy update.

The "Error 1005" message is just a warning however, and it does indicate that the AWS v1 tool has been successfully installed by SecuritySpy, which will then work for uploads...

...unless you manually install the CLI v2 tool, which apparently breaks the CLI v1 installation, resulting in the error 2 in SecuritySpy (which means "file not found" when it's attempting to find the v1 tool).
  • Thanks Ben !!

Are those CLI errors coming through or SecuritySpy error numbers ?

Not playing favorites but the BlackBlaze storage has been great, cost effective, and easy to implement.
  • The note "AWS CLI version 2, the latest major version" comes from the CLI tool installer, and the error note "Error 1005" comes from SecuritySpy because it's not expecting that message from the installer. We've now implemented the new install method for the CLI tool v2 in SecuritySpy for the next update.

Great to hear that the Backblaze service has been working well.
