I'm pretty sure this isn't a problem with the beta - it's probably a settings issue somewhere. The first thing to try is to restart your router and your Mac.
If that doesn't fix it, please follow our instructions on setting up remote access.
If that doesn't fix it, please email us at support@bensoftware.com and we will help you directly with this issue (as we'll have to check over all relevant settings). When you email, please supply screenshots of the Web settings in SecuritySpy as well as any manual port forwarding settings you have made in your router.
