Zavio D3200 Video quality and PTZ Function

Hello,

I recently bought a Zavio D3200 camera.
All work fine but I have a problem with the PTZ function.
I fact, the PTZ remote function does not work at all (using SecuritySpy Web control or Remote Patrol 2 IOS app).
FYI, I use "Zavio with PTZ" as Device type.

    OK, I find where is the problem. Not an SecuritySpy issue at all (mechanical PTZ...). Sorry.
