AI Motion Detection

I'm running V6.21 on MacOS 27. I am having issues with animals (fox?) in my garden which has a CCTV camera monitoring. Despite my best efforts to enable AI detection, it is not finding anything. The camera is on continuous recording mode. Please let me know what settings I need to make to get the system to pick up on movement. I know it is not working as I have 2 cameras set the same way at the from of the house and they are not picking up movement despite people walking past. Thanks.

    I'm sure this is a case of finding the right settings, but in order to help, we'll need more information about your setup and what exactly you're trying to achieve here. So that we can help you effectively, please email us and include the following:

    • A debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop).
    • Describe what you mean by "pick up on movement". You're already recording continuously; do you mean that you also want to record based on motion detection, in parallel? Or do you mean that you want to receive alerts (e.g. push notifications / emails) when an animal is detected?
    • In your email, please make it clear which camera(s) you are referring to, and which item(s) you want detected by each camera.
