PTZ keyboard commands do nothing
Has something changed for setting up keyboard control of PTZ cameras in the latest (V 6.17) SecuritySpy? I don't see any new settings and PTZ disable remains OFF (PTZ is enabled)
After updating today, keyboard PTZ keys no longer do anything. I can still PTZ via clicking on the PTZ popup window, but keyboard commands no longer do anything at all. This affects all my PTZ cameras.
All the arrow keys, -+, and number keys no longer do anything. Am I missing a new setting somewhere?

I learned that you need to hold down "shift" for those to work now.

Now it takes two hands to run the GUI? Ugh.

Yes, the shift key or caps lock is now required. This is to avoid conflicting keyboard shortcuts with other functions of the software, and to make the behaviour consistent with the mouse-based PTZ shortcuts, which always required a shift-click on the video image to control PTZ (e.g. shift-click on the right tells the camera to move right etc.)

Sad change. Consistent with mouse, but inconsistent with prior behavior.
We updated the car brake and accelerator pedals to require a left hand squeeze of the steering wheel to enable that function.

Should this change be any different on cameras via Hik NVR profile. I have a single PTZ which was previously being controlled fine. Even after shift/caps lock it doesnt respond either with the mouse or keyboard

I know Reolink doesn't play well with other software, and PTZ is not something I use often, but as an FYI I cannot get PTZ to work with my Reolink cameras. I honestly don't recall if it ever did work with them in SS?

With the HIk NVR profile, it was def working. Maybe there is something specific to it that needs to be worked out.
