Permission Denied on one cam

Hi, I'm trying out both softwares to determine which one suits my needs better...View Cam or Security Spy. I'm leaning more toward Security Spy, mainly for the ability to have continual feeds being saved to a hard drive. But I really like the ease of View Cam! My trial is going to run out soon, and I need to make a decision!

I've got four cams I'm using, three are varying degrees of old. But I bought a new CHEAP cam that is a bulb you screw into your porch light socket. I needed a cam out front, but don't have power and didn't really want to run a cord outside. Then I discovered these bulbs. It's actually a decent little camera. LOL.

Problem is this: on View Cam, it works just fine. But using the very same configuration settings on Security Spy, the bulb cam gives me an error of permission denied. The other cameras were very simple to set up without any issues.

The camera is called Galayou 2K Light Bulb. It runs Wansview cloud software on Iphone or Ipad, but I prefer a computer because of disability issues. It does work okay on their software. Apparently this is a Wansview camera rebranded by one of those companies on Amazon. The information on the Amz sales page says it rusn ONVIF and RTSP, so I've tried both settings, I've tried using various settings, and same error. Permission denied. On View Cam, the config settings are: Wansview profile with RTSP (video and audio) settings. Like I said, it works just fine. It's SS that gives the error.

    It's certainly strange that you would see this error with SecuritySpy but not with ViewCam, since they share the code that deals with camera connections. I think it's best if we help you directly with this, as we'll need to do some individual troubleshooting here. So, please email us at support@bensoftware.com, and create and attach a debug file to your email (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop). Please do this while SecuritySpy is set to the identical settings that work in ViewCam (Wansview / RTSP).
