camera permission granularity

Hello!

I have 2 new users that I am trying to set permissions for using the "custom" permission level. For User 1 I want them to have PTZ, view, and view captures on cameras A, B, C, D. For User 2 I want them to be able to view only on camera C. I can change the view, PTZ, view captures permissions individually for each user, but when I try to change who can view which camera it seems to only apply the same permissions to each user.

Anyone else seen this? This a bug?

    I have tested these controls and, as far as I can see, everything is working correctly for me: each user can be edited individually, and changes to one user's permissions don't affect other users.

    It's difficult to tell from you description exactly what you are trying and what unexpected results you are seeing - perhaps it would be best for you to create a screen recording, and email it to us at support@bensoftware.com, and we'll help you directly with this.

    Ahhh. That's on me. I was misusing the interface. I thought I command-clicked the cameras and then set all of the permissions at once, but for User 2 the permissions from User 1 were carried over. Once I individually selected the cameras for User 2 and disabled the ones I didn't want them to have it all worked great!
