"No Cameras" in IOS app

Hello Ben, I'm a bit frustrated, my iPhone 12 (v 16.0.2) will not display my cameras in SS app. I checked Preferences/Web (SS v 5.51) and I have full Administrator privileges, the viewcam.me and my other DDNS address works as the client still asks for my login credentials though I still get the "No Cameras" on LAN or from cellular, however when I enter the server's IP and connect from my LAN, it works. Both ports 8000, 8001 are forwarded with my ISP. Is this a port forwarding issue with my ISP? Thanks in advance, Mike

    OK, I seemed to figure my problem, on my ISP portal for Port Forwarding, I had ports 8000, 8001 forwarded in the TCP/UDP protocol, I then changed it to TCP only and it's now working. Hopefully this might be of value to someone in the future. Mike

    Hi Mike, glad to hear you got this working. You certainly shouldn't have to turn off the UDP option, so perhaps this was just a particular quirk in your router.
