Hi,

I have this camera which has comments from March about being a problem with PTZ, and a fix was made in the beta build of the software. Has this been fixed in the production build?

PTZ does not work at all. Is this a known issue or any ideas? Should I try the beta instead?

    Per the other comments from March, I switched to the beta builds and can control the camera ptz now.

    This problem was fixed in the latest official 5.5.1 update, but the fix is also in the newer 5.5.2b1 beta which it sounds like you are now using. Good to hear that this has resolved the problem for you.
