Unable to find ReoLink 511-W in AutoDiscovered Devices
Greetings
I installed a new ReoLink 511W (to replace a faulty one) but am unable to add it to SecuritySpy. I’m unable to find it in the autodiscovered devices list. Is this a known issue or is there a known work around?
Where’s what I’ve tried:
1) Connected via ReoLink WebClient to confirm UPNP is enabled thinking that might be the problem
2) I’ve tried adding it to Security Spy manually using IP & Port #’s
3) Rebooting the camera
4) Rebooting Security Spy
Thanks for any assistance.

Hi Ryan,
What we have seen with some recent ReoLink cameras is that they have ONVIF and/or RTSP features turned off by default for some reason. ONVIF is the standard protocol by which SecuritySpy is able to find and work with the camera, and RTSP is the protocol used for video streaming. So, connect to the camera using a web browser (assuming you know its IP address - if not, use our Network Device Finder app to locate it), and look through all the settings and turn on any options that you find to enable ONVIF and RTSP.
