Actions no longer working

Hello;

I currently have the following action set to engage on a mask whenever a human is detected on my front footpath:

tell application "SecuritySpy" to ptz preset2 camera number 0

delay 20

tell application "SecuritySpy" to ptz preset1 camera number 0

This causes the Amcrest dome camera to rotate towards the door, then rotate back to the footpath after 20 seconds. Or, it used to.

For the last few weeks, the camera tracks a person to the front door, but never rotates back into the first position. I have to go in and manually set it back using the preset.

Any idea what might be the cause, or how to rectify it?

    One possibility is that the camera has forgotten its preset number 1. If you open the PTZ drawer in SecuritySpy (the PTZ button at the top right of video windows), and click preset button 1, does the camera move as expected?
