App on FireTV

Hi Ben!

Using Securityspy for more than 10 years now and love it! 😄

How about creating a an Amazon FireTV App, that could run natively on FireTV Sticks? Including remote setup in SecSpy installation on my local Mac. That would be really helpful for monitors without any device connected. AppleTV too expensive, monitor too far away from mac.

    Kinda does not fit with the all Apple ecosystem approach…


    just get the Apple TV - it’s a cool device anyhow! And bonus it’s a hub for HomeKit where you can spend many more hours tinkering 😉

    Great to hear you are loving SecuritySpy, @joochen!

    Unfortunately I think it's unlikely that we would develop a FireTV app for SecuritySpy. While it's a nice idea that I'm sure would be useful for some, we are primarily Mac/iOS developers and have no expertise in this area, it's not clear that there would be enough demand for this to justify the development costs, and we already have a TV solution with our tvOS app.
