Unable to set the DDNS name. Error 50 Network is down

I have been unable to see my remote cameras for a couple of days. I remoted in to the Mac and the button is red next to the test button.

Is the problem on my end?

    I can't see any problems on our end, and no one else is reporting a problem, so the problem is likely on your end. The most common cause of this is some kind of firewall or connection-blocking software (e.g. "Little Snitch") that you have installed that is preventing SecuritySpy from making outgoing connections to the Internet. The usual solution to this is to add a rule in the firewall to remove all restrictions from SecuritySpy.
