Not able to view cameras outside of my local network and wifi

For a while now, I've had trouble remote viewing my cameras using a cell connection and iPhone. Remote web setup seems OK. Running Monterey on an M1 Mac Mini and iOS 15 on the Phone. Anyone else having trouble?

    It's difficult to say what exactly is going wrong in your case, but the most common thing that goes wrong is the port forwarding. If you are currently relying on automatic port forwarding, you might like to switch to manual port forwarding, which is described in the Port Forwarding - Manual Setup section of our Installation Manual.

    If this still doesn't resolve it for you, please email us and include full information about your setup, including a screenshot of your Mac's network setup, a screenshot of SecuritySpy's Web settings, and screenshots of any relevant settings you have made in your router.

  • Found the problem. I'd upgraded the Router and UPnP was turned off by default. Works fine now, thanks.
