Audio with Continuous Capture on while using browser
I have a question about how SecuritySpy handles audio during browser review of captured videos. I'm using a Dahau outside camera that has both video and audio. I have the audio setting for the camera selected to record both audio and video both continuously and for motion detection. When I save this audio preference, if the volume on my computer is turned up, I can hear the audio of this Dahua camera in real time, so I keep the volume on this dedicated Mac off so I don't hear this camera's audio all the time. (Is that the way it's supposed to work- to hear the audio all the time?)
But suppose want to review a motion capture video with its audio using SecuritySpy's browser? When I play the motion capture video in the SS browser and I turn the computer volume up so I can hear its audio, I hear BOTH the live stream audio as well as the capture video audio at the same time. I only want to hear the the recorded video's audio. How do I do that?

It simply sounds like the live audio playthough option for this camera has been left on. In the Camera Info window, and the All Cameras window, you should see a small speaker icon next to this camera - click this icon to turn live audio playthrough on/off.

Hi Ben,
That was the problem. I had never noticed that menu option. Thank you.
