Inverted picture

I have a situation where the camera picture is inverted on my Mac but not on an iPhone. I can fix it on the Mac by doing a transformation, but I get warnings about potential performance problems. Can someone explain what is going on please

    Yes, SecuritySpy can rotate the image, but as you say this uses significant processing resources so should be avoided if possible. Instead, most cameras themselves have options to rotate the image before it is sent out to connected clients, and this is the best place to apply a transformation in order to compensate for how the camera is mounted (sideways / upside down). So check the camera's settings pages via a web browser to see if it has such a setting.
