Feature suggestion: in-app zoom should fill window when possible
I currently have three cameras displaying in a vertical monitor, so the three windows are stacked vertically. Two cameras fit the space perfectly, but one camera has more square dimensions so it has two big black bars on either side. I don't actually need the extra height in the image so I zoom that camera in (with cmd+ scrollwheel) and crop the top and bottom. However, when I do so, the black bars remain on the sides, cropping the image horizontally as well as vertically. It would be great if zooming in would use the extra horizontal space to fill the window. Or, if there were simply an option "Zoom to fit" that I could set that would always make the camera image zoom to fill whatever dimensions the window is currently set to.

Thank you for the suggestion, I agree, we will see if we can achieve this in a future update. I like your idea of a "Zoom to fit" option too - maybe we can make this a general option for all video windows, as this would make the layout look a lot nicer in cases where there are multiple cameras with different aspect ratios.
