watermark removal with armcrest cameras

I have purchased two Armcrest cameras and they are working out perfectly with SS. My only issue is trying to remove the watermarks. I found this article from Armcrest and tried it and it works with their app. https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031079632-How-to-Remove-the-Amcrest-Logo-Using-Amcrest-View-Pro
However, within Security spy it still shows. I tried removing and re-adding to no avail. Any ideas on this one?
