Can you do a manual recording through iOS app?

Can you do a manual recording through iOS app? I feel like I am missing something obvious. It looks like you should just activate and deactivate continuous recording but it is not working for me. Am I missing something?

    Yes, you can do this. First, make sure the "Capture movie continuously" option is turned on under Preferences - Cameras - Continuous Capture (it's on by default).

    Then, in the iOS app, tap on the camera in question to view it. Here you should see the C, M and A indicators at the bottom of the screen, like this:

    To start recording continuously, tap the C and select "Armed 24/7" as the schedule. The C should then turn red. Subsequently, to stop recording, tap the C and select "Unarmed 24/7". The C should then turn blue.
