Human Detection Only Seems to Happen at Dusk

I've played around with the SecuritySpy settings but can't figure this one out. I've turned off vehicle detection completely but have turned on Human Detection. From about an hour after dark until an hour before dusk, I get nothing.

Help?

    It's difficult to know what's going on here. Could be a lighting issue or camera position issue. Please email us and include an image from the camera in question both in daytime and at night (to save an image, right-click on the camera and select the "Save Image" option).

    The other thing to check is that the schedule you have chosen for this camera, for Motion Capture and Actions, is arming the camera at night as well as at day. For this, the "Armed 24/7" schedule would be appropriate - is this the one you are using?
