    I'm afraid there isn't enough information here to allow us to diagnose the problem. What I would suggest is that you email us and include the following:

    - A detailed description of the problem (where are you seeing this error - SecuritySpy itself? iOS app? Web browser?)

    - A screenshot of this error, along with screenshots of any relevant settings in SecuritySpy (to take a screenshot, press command-shift-4, then press space, then click on a window).

    - SecuritySpy's log file (File menu in SecuritySpy > Open Log)

    - SecuritySpy's debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug submenu > Create Debug File On Desktop).
