Setting up Security Spy to pass through Comtrend AR-5220u to the internet

I have a Comtrtend AR-5220u DSL and a Cisco SG 300 - 10P switch, my problem is reaching Security Spy from the outside world beyond my local access. Any answers please.

    Have you read through our instructions for setting up remote access?

    I would suggest first making sure that UPnP is turned on in your router, and trying the automatic port forwarding options under Preferences > Web ("Allow access from the Internet"). This works in the vast majority of cases.

    If that doesn't work, then the next thing to try is manual port forwarding, explained via the link above.
