PTZ issue with a Tenvis camera

Hello,

I have a small bug with SecuritySpy and my camera Tenvis TH 661 D.
I can save the PTZ positions with the alt button and a number.
But every day, I lost all saves positions.

Have you got a solution for this issue?

    The way that presets work is this: to save a preset, SecuritySpy sends a message to the camera that says "save current position as preset 2". Subsequently, when you recall a preset in SecuritySpy, the message sent to the camera is "go to preset 2".

    So as you can see, it's up to the camera to remember the positions, not SecuritySpy. If they are being forgotten intermittently, then this is a camera problem. I would recommend that you first look for any updated firmware available for your camera from the manufacturer, and install it if available. If that doesn't fix the problem, then you could contact the manufacturer to see if they have any advice.
