Browser does not like to play m4v files

My Hikvision camera only seems to work using RTSP format, but the browser won't display the m4v files that SecuritySpy captures. Just says "No Video". Interesting that the IOS app will display them.

    Update: some files will play. What I don't understand is there are movie files listed on the left side of the browser window, but if you try to play them you get the message "No Video"???
