Email Relay service not working?

Normally I get the daily statistics in my email box, but not for the past 2 days.
Is the SecuritySpy email relay service broken?

    No problems have been reported by other users, and I've just tested it and the service is up and running with no apparent issues. A spam filter is the most likely culprit here - check your junk mail folder, and if your email service has a whitelist option, please add bensoftware.com to it (or noreply@bensoftware.com, if you need a specific address to whitelist).
