This is an unusual problem that we haven't come across before. The first thing to check is that you are using the latest version of SecuritySpy (use the "Check For Update" option in the SecuritySpy menu to confirm this).
If this doesn't fix the problem, please email us and include one of these files so that we can take a look at it. If it's too big to send by email (more than 10 MB), please use wetransfer.com to send the file.
