Captured video file plays half way through. Then video freezes

This is with all captures. I can still hear audio, but video is frozen at the 50% mark. Didn't matter the file size or capture duration.

    This is an unusual problem that we haven't come across before. The first thing to check is that you are using the latest version of SecuritySpy (use the "Check For Update" option in the SecuritySpy menu to confirm this).

    If you are using SecuritySpy version 5, please also try the latest beta version of SecuritySpy (currently 5.0.2b11).

    If this doesn't fix the problem, please email us and include one of these files so that we can take a look at it. If it's too big to send by email (more than 10 MB), please use wetransfer.com to send the file.
