Passing additional parameters to sftp or honor .ssh/config

I have a VPS which only accepts SSH connections via ssh keys.

Can SecuritySpy either honor the .ssh/config file (as it should) or give us a way to pass more parameters to sftp when SecuritySpy issues the command?
