Jumbled picture when setting the resolution to 4k
Hello,
Just a weird one, whenever I set the resolution of my cameras to a High Resolution the camera goes all funny. Any ideas as to why? I can upload a screenshot if it helps.

So it looks like a restart of SecuritySpy resolves the issue

It sounds like the camera is not resetting its RTSP connection when the resolution changes, so SecuritySpy would be attempting to decode the new video data at the old resolution, leading to corruption. This is unusual, as normally cameras would reset the stream when their encoding settings change. I hope things are now working well for you after implementing the settings you want and restarting SecuritySpy.
