Hi Ron, sorry but we really can't diagnose anything based on this limited amount of information.
If you are referring to remove access, please see the SecuritySpy Remote Access Setup Instructions.
Or please email us and we can help you directly. Please supply all relevant screenshots (e.g. SecuritySpy's Web settings and any router settings that you have set manually). -
Ben-
Had to reset our SecuritySpy at out church.
Up and running again and passwords are now in my password vault. The new versions 6 is so simple to setup.
I would like to be able to double click on a window in the Live Camera view and have it expand so that we can quickly look at a window and be able to discern the identity of who has entered or is on the premises. Is there a current quick way to do this?
Running on top of line Mac mini, current OS, 32GB memory using Synology NAS for files. System runs like a charm, never exceeding 10% cpu with 9 5MP cameras (SV3C POE and one wi-fi and two old Tri-visions).

Hi @JackS great to hear that SecuritySpy is working so well for you! By "Live Camera" view, are you referring to the new web interface? I think this is a good idea, and this is something we are looking at adding.
You are probably aware, but you can already do this in the macOS interface of SecuritySpy when viewing the "All Cameras" window or group windows: double-clicking opens a new window with just that one camera, so that you can view it larger.
