PTZ not functioning through interface (Hikvision, Mac Mini configuration)

Running SecuritySpy using Outdoor Hikvision PTZ (DS-2DE3304W-DE 3MP Vandal-Resistant Outdoor Network Mini PTZ Dome IP Camera with PoE Day and Night Version) on a Mac Mini and the latest version of Securityspy.

Unable to control PTZ. Anyone else having this issue?
