Reolink RLC-410WS issues

I purchased one of these cameras and i am having a bear of a time trying to get it to work with security spy. Every once in a while it shows up, but 95% of the time it's offline. Most of the posts basically say that the network connection is bad, but i can browse this camera and live footage from browsers on multiple machines and in multiple locations in the house without any issues. anyone have any tips for getting this working better with SecuritySpy?

  • I am one of the people who has made previous posts about these cameras - all I can suggest is just as a test run a cable direct from the camera to the router, if it solves the problem then you know it is a network issue - for some reason the Reolink cameras are extremely sensitive when being used with SS, since moving to fully wired direct connections (no home plugs either), I have 99.9% uptime.
