Motion detection
I recently upgraded some of my cameras from Foscams to Dahuas. I've been having problems with motion detection on the new cameras, while the Foscams never seemed to have this issue. On 2 of the new cameras, I've got the sensitivity up to 95 and the trigger time set to .5 seconds, but the motion detection doesn't reliably catch people walking on a sidewalk about 30' from one of the cameras, and about 40' from the other. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Ninefingers - 30'-40' is a long way away, especially for wide-angle cameras. Please see our blog post How To Achieve Effective Motion Detection and if you have any further questions, please email us and include images from each of your cameras (right-click the camera's image in SecuritySpy and use the "Save image as JPEG option").
