If you run two instances of SecuritySpy registered with the same license on two different Macs, one will automatically de-register. It sounds like this is what happened in your case.
The solution is to make sure that SecuritySpy is running on only one Mac, and then register it again by entering your license name and license code under "Registration" in the SecuritySpy menu (top left of the screen, next to the Apple menu, after you open SecuritySpy).
