With macOS High Sierra supporting h.265 natively, do you plan to implement h.265 encoding anytime soon?

    Yes, this is something we are working on for a near-future update to SecuritySpy.

    Would this be a paid update? (or do you have a "it's free if you bought it within the last x days" policy?)

    As per our terms and conditions, we give free updates for a period of at least 6 months after purchase (however in reality it's usually a lot longer than this, at our discretion).

    We haven't quite decided about this feature yet, but it's most likely going to be included in a 4.x point update at some point soon, so if you have purchased any previous 4.x version, it will be a free update.

    For anyone using an older version of SecuritySpy (1.x, 2.x or 3.x), you can find out more about upgrading here.
